This listing is for: one package of Medo Auto Expressions, Amy Brown Fairy Air Freshener Fragrance.
There are 3 hanging air freshener cards in the package.
The Bubble Rider fairy image was apparently done in 1999 and the other fairy image was done in 2001.
NOTE: Even though these are sealed in the original packaging, I think these are at least 5 years old, so I cannot guarantee how much fragrance is still present.
ALSO NOTE: The image in the package that was in front and exposed to light the most has color faded to mostly blue and black. The image on the back of that card is purple and black with skin tone still present. The other two cards do not appear to have faded at all.
The packaging does show some yellowing and in some cases some streaks of yellow. I do not know if those are also on the card images.

The cards are approximately 2 7/8" wide x 4 1/4" high.
